PAK Supermarket Limited – in Administrative Receivership
Dominic Lee Zoong Wong and Matthew Cowlishaw were appointed Joint Administrative Receivers of PAK Supermarket Limited on 27 August 2010. The affairs, business and property of the Company are managed by the Joint Administrative Receivers. The Joint Administrative Receivers act as agents of the Company and contract without personal liability.

Dominic Lee Zoong Wong and Matthew Cowlishaw were appointed Joint Administrative Receivers of PAK Supermarket Limited (“the Company”) on 27 August 2010, by the directors of the Company.
The Company operates two supermarkets, a long-established traditional Asian supermarket in Alum Rock, Birmingham and a recently established Asian superstore in Washwood Heath, Birmingham. It also holds a freehold investment property in Alum Rock, let to a non-competing retail business.
The business and assets of the Company were sold to Regal Food Products (Bradford) Limited on 27 August 2010.
Use of website
It is the Joint Administrative Receivers’ intention to provide all statutory information to creditors by use of this website in accordance with new legislation introduced by the Insolvency (Amendment) Rules 2010.
All known creditors will be advised each time a new document has been uploaded to the website and the documents will remain on the website for the duration of the receivership and for three months after the receivership has ended.
