New Edinburgh Limited - In Administration (“the Company”)

Matthew James Cowlishaw, Neville Barry Kahn and John Charles Reid were appointed Joint Administrators of New Edinburgh Limited on 9 July 2012. The affairs, business and property of the Company are managed by the Joint Administrators. The Joint Administrators act as agents of the Company and contract without personal liability.

All licensed Insolvency Practitioners of Deloitte LLP are licensed in the UK.

About New Edinburgh Limited

Matthew Cowlishaw, Neville Kahn and John Reid were appointed Joint Administrators of the Company on 9 July 2012 by the directors of the Company.

The Company was incorporated on 19 July 1990, as a property special purpose vehicle to develop a 185 acre site at Edinburgh Park, Edinburgh, Scotland. The Company is a 50/50 joint venture between The Miller Group Limited and C.E.C. Holdings Limited, owned by the City of Edinburgh Council.

At the date of the Administrators’ appointment the development had been substantially sold down with the Company holding a 60,000 sq ft partially let office building and c.39 acres of land with planning consent for commercial use at Edinburgh Park.

New Edinburgh Limited use of website

It is the Administrators’ intention to provide all statutory information to creditors by use of this website in accordance with new legislation introduced by the Insolvency (Scotland) Amendment Rules 2010.

All known creditors will be advised each time a new document has been uploaded to the website and the documents will remain on the website for the duration of the administration and for three months after the administration has ended.
