Modec Limited (in Liquidation)
Matthew James Cowlishaw and Dominic Lee Zoong Wong were appointed Joint Liquidators of Modec Limited on 31 August 2011.

The Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation follows on from an Administration appointment dated 4 March 2011 where Ryan Grant, Simon Appell and Anne O’Keefe, all of Zolfo Cooper LLP, were appointed Joint Administrators. The Administration ceased on 31 August 2011.
The business was primarily involved in the design and manufacture of purpose built all-electric vehicles, with a view to creating an energy efficient alternative to traditional combustion engine commercial vehicles and, in particular, diesel engine vans.
Modec Limited use of website
It is the Liquidators’ intention to provide all statutory information to creditors by use of this website in accordance with new legislation introduced by the Insolvency (Amendment) Rules 2010.
All known creditors will be advised each time a new document has been uploaded to the website and the documents will remain on the website for the duration of the Liquidation and for three months after the Liquidation has ended.
