Daniel Francis Butters and Matthew James Cowlishaw were appointed Joint Administrators of MJN Colston Limited on 23 February 2012 and Staveley Engineering Services Limited on 24 February 2012 (“the Companies”). The affairs, business and property of the Companies are managed by the Joint Administrators. The Joint Administrators act as agents of the Companies and contract without personal liability.
