Joint Administrators’ notice of appointment letter to the creditors of MJN Colston Limited dated 28 February 2012, including formal notice of the appointment of D F Butters and M J Cowlishaw as Joint Administrators on Form 2.12B.

D F Butters and M J Cowlishaw were appointed Joint Administrators of MJN Colston Limited (“the Company”) on 23 February 2012.

The Joint Administrators act as agents of the Company only and contract without personal liability.
