Background
In accordance with Schedule B1, Paragraph 49 of the Insolvency Act 1986, a copy of the Joint Administrators’ Statement of Proposals, for achieving the purpose of the Administrations of MJN Colston Limited and Staveley Engineering Services Limited (“the Companies”) is available to view.
The website has been set up for the creditors of both of the Companies.
D F Butters and M J Cowlishaw were appointed Joint Administrators of MJN Colston Limited on 23 February 2012 and Staveley Engineering Services Limited on 24 February 2012 (“the Companies”).
The Joint Administrators act as agents of the Company only and contract without personal liability.
All Insolvency Practitioners of Deloitte LLP are licensed in the UK.
