The affairs, business and property of the Company are managed by the Joint Administrators. The Joint Administrators act as agents of the Company and contract without personal liability.

Matthew Cowlishaw, Neville Kahn and Robert Harding were appointed Joint Administrators of Market Gates Shopping Centre GY Limited (formerly Miller (Great Yarmouth) Limited) (“the Company”) on 2 March 2012.

The Company, a shopping centre in Great Yarmouth town centre is a property special purpose vehicle that has not been included within the recent restructuring of The Miller Group.

The development is reasonably well occupied and will continue to operate as normal.

The appointments have been made under LBG’s Commercial Property Disposal Platform (“CDP”) initiative.

Market Gates Shopping Centre GY Limited use of website

It is the Joint Administrators intention to provide all statutory information to creditors by use of this website in accordance with new legislation introduced by the Insolvency (Amendment) Rules 2010.

All known creditors will be advised each time a new document has been uploaded to the website and the documents will remain on the website for the duration of the receivership and for three months after the receivership has ended.
