Background
In accordance with Rule 2.46 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, Form 2.23B has been filed with the Registrar of Companies giving notice that the Joint Administrators’ Proposals regarding Longton Crane Hire Limited in Administration (“the Company”) have been approved by the Company’s creditors at the meeting of creditors held on 27 September 2012.
A copy of the Notice is available to view along with the minutes from the meeting.

Daniel Smith and William Kenneth Dawson were appointed Joint Administrators of Longton Crane Hire Limited on 31 July 2012 (“the Company”). The affairs, business and property of the Company are managed by the Joint Administrators.
The Joint Administrators act as agents of the Company only and contract without personal liability.
Unless otherwise shown, both Joint Administrators are authorised by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
All Insolvency Practitioners of Deloitte LLP are licensed in the UK.
