Background

Joint Administrators’ Statement of Proposals Pursuant to Paragraph 49 of Schedule B1 of The Insolvency Act 1986 (As Amended).

Robert James Harding and Lee Antony Manning were appointed Joint Administrators of London Pleasure Gardens Limited (the “Company”) on 9 August 2012. The affairs, business and property of the Company are managed by the Joint Administrators. The Joint Administrators act as agents of the Company and contract without personal liability.

All Insolvency Practitioners of Deloitte LLP are licensed in the UK.
