Notice to all known creditors that the Joint Administrators’ Proposals dated 3 October 2012 were deemed approved on 15 October 2012.

Robert James Harding and Lee Antony Manning were appointed Joint Administrators of London Pleasure Gardens Limited (the “Company”) on 9 August 2012. The affairs, business and property of the Company are managed by the Joint Administrators. The Joint Administrators act as agents of the Company and contract without personal liability.
