Background
W K Dawson and D F Butters were appointed Joint Liquidators of LMES Realisations Limited (formerly LM Engineering Services Limited) (“the Company”) on 14 February 2011.
Should you wish to submit a claim in the Liquidation, please complete and return the proof of debt form.
Furthermore, as part of our statutory duties, the Joint Liquidators are required to submit a confidential report regarding the directors’ conduct and cause of the Company’s failure to the Insolvency Service. We would be grateful to receive any information you may possess in respect of the Company which you feel may assist us in our investigation into their affairs.
