LAS Agric Limited (In Liquidation)
Richard Michael Hawes and Robin David Allen were appointed Joint Liquidators of LAS Agric Limited ("the Company") on 3 August 2012. The affairs, business and property of the Company are managed by the Joint Liquidators. The Joint Liquidators act as agents of the Company and contract without personal liability. Unless otherwise shown all Joint Liquidators are authorised by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). All licensed insolvency practitioners of Deloitte LLP are licensed in the UK.

The Company operated as a dealership for John Deere agricultural equipment and ceased trading on 16 July 2012. The Joint Liquidators are seeking purchasers for the assets of the business.

It is the Liquidators’ intention to provide all statutory information to creditors by use of this website in accordance with new legislation introduced by the Insolvency (Amendment) Rules 2010.
All known creditors will be advised each time a new document has been uploaded to the website and the documents will remain on the website for the duration of the Liquidation and for three months after the Liquidation has ended.
