Background

Joint Administrators’ final report to creditors pursuant to Rule 2.110 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 and the Insolvency (Amendment) Rules 2010.

W K Dawson and D F Butters were appointed Joint Administrators of the Company on 19 May 2011. The Joint Administrators act as agents of the Company and contract without personal liability.
