A copy of the Joint Administrators’ six monthly progress report to creditors for the period 19 May 2011 to 18 November 2011 and Form 2.24B (CH) is attached in accordance with Rule 2.47 of The Insolvency Rules 1986 and The Insolvency (Amendment) Rules 2010. On 19 May 2011 W K Dawson and D F Butters were appointed Joint Administrators and now manage the affairs, business and property of JOO 2011 Realisations Limited (formerly Jones of Oswestry Limited) ("the Company"). The Joint Administrators contract as agents of the Company only and without personal liability. Unless otherwise shown both Joint Administrators are authorised by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).
All licensed insolvency practitioners of Deloitte LLP are licensed in the UK.
W K Dawson and D F Butters were appointed Joint Administrators of the Company on 19 May 2011. The Joint Administrators act as agents of the Company and contract without personal liability.
