Second Progress Report to Creditors dated 4 September 2012 pursuant to Rule 4.49B/4.49C of the Insolvency Rules 1986 (as amended)
Ian Brown and Nicholas Guy Edwards of Deloitte LLP were appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company on 7 July 2010 and now manage the affairs, business and property of the Company. On 25 May 2011 Ian Brown ceased to act as Joint Liquidator of the Company and Daniel Francis Butters was subsequently appointed as Joint Liquidator in his place. The Joint Liquidators act only as agents of the Company and contract without personal liability. The Joint Liquidators are authorised by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).
