Daniel Francis Butters and Adrian Peter Berry were appointed Joint Administrators of Industrial and Marine Power Services Limited (“the Company”) on 24 February 2012 pursuant to Clydesdale Bank plc’s qualifying floating charge.

The Company supplies, services and repairs diesel engines for customers in the UK and overseas. It operates from two leasehold premises in Lincoln.

The Joint Administrators ceased operations with immediate effect and are now seeking a purchaser for the Company’s business and assets.

Use of website

It is the Administrators intention to provide all statutory information to creditors by use of this website in accordance with new legislation introduced by the Insolvency (Amendment) Rules 2010.

All known creditors will be advised each time a new document has been uploaded to the website and the documents will remain on the website for the duration of the Administration and for three months after the Administration has ended.
