Joint Administrators’ Statement of Proposals pursuant to paragraph 49 of schedule b1 of the Insolvency act 1988 (as amended)

Daniel Francis Butters and Adrian Peter Berry were appointed Joint Administrators of Industrial and Marine Power Services Limited on 24 February 2012. The affairs, business and property of the Company are managed by the Joint Administrators. The Joint Administrators act as agents of the Company and contract without personal liability. All Insolvency Practitioners of Deloitte LLP are licensed in the UK.
