Background

In accordance with Schedule B1, paragraph 49(4)(b) of the Insolvency Act 1986, a copy of the Joint Administrators’ Statement of Proposals, for achieving the purpose of the Administration of Industrial & Construction Plant Limited is available to view.

Daniel Smith and William Kenneth Dawson were appointed Joint Administrators of Industrial & Construction Plant Limited on 31 July 2012 (“the Company”). The affairs, business and property of the Company are managed by the Joint Administrators.

The Joint Administrators act as agents of the Company only and contract without personal liability.

Unless otherwise shown, both Joint Administrators are authorised by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

All Insolvency Practitioners of Deloitte LLP are licensed in the UK.

A Meeting of the Company’s creditors will be held at 11.00am on 27 September 2012 at Deloitte LLP, 2 Hardman Street, Manchester, M3 3HF.  The meeting has been called to consider the Administrators’ Proposals under Schedule B1, Paragraph 51 of the Insolvency Act 1986.
