Joint Administrators’ notice of appointment letter to the creditors of Industrial & Construction Plant Limited dated 3 August 2012, including formal notice of the appointment of D Smith and W K Dawson as Joint Administrators on Form 2.12B.

Daniel Smith and William Kenneth Dawson were appointed Joint Administrators of Industrial & Construction Plant Limited on 31 July 2012 (“the Company”). The affairs, business and property of the Company are managed by the Joint Administrators.

The Joint Administrators act as agents of the Company only and contract without personal liability.

Unless otherwise shown, both Joint Administrators are authorised by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
