Notice of Extension of the Administration period and third Progress Report to creditors |
Background
The period of Administration of Homeform Group Limited has been extended to 5 January 2014, pursuant to a Court order. In accordance with the Insolvency Act 1986, we have attached the following:
- A copy of the Progress Report given to Court with the application to extend the Administration period. This report also serves as an update to creditors of the progress of the Administration and covers the period from 16 May 2012 to 31 October 2012;
- Form 2.31B which has been filed at the Registrar of Companies, advising that the Administration period has been extended until 5 January 2014; and
- Form 2.24B being notice of the Administrators progress report covering the period from 16 May 2012 to 31 October 2012.
