Background
The period of the Administration of the Company has been extended by the consent of the secured creditor to 5 January 2013.
PS Bowers and WK Dawson were appointed Joint Administrators of Homeform Group Limited on 6 July 2011 and now manage the business, affairs and property of the Company. The Joint Administrators contract as agents of the Company only and act without personal liability. Unless otherwise shown, Joint Administrators are regulated by the ICAEW.

Points to highlight
The progress report provided to the secured creditor with the application to extend the Administration is also attached on this website, titled “Second Progress Report to Creditors”.
As a result of the extension, the statutory dates for reporting to creditors have been amended and our next full update, which will be circulated prior to 15 December 2012, will be for the period 16 May 2012 to 15 November 2012.
