Gregor Shore Limited (In Administration)
John Reid and Patrick Lannagan were appointed Joint Administrators of Gregor Shore Limited on 14 October 2008. Patrick Lannagan was replaced as Joint Administrator by Ian Brown on 13 February 2009 who was subsequently replaced by Brian Milne on 25 May 2011. Brian Milne was replaced as Joint Administrator by Dominic Wong on 11 April 2012. The affairs, business and property of the Company are managed by the Administrators. The Joint Administrators act as agents of the Company, and contract without personal liability.
All licensed Insolvency Practitioners of Deloitte LLP are licensed in the UK.
The Company had two principal activities being:
- The development and sales of new build apartments and houses;
- Construction services in respect of four building contracts.
In addition, the Company owned a number of plots of land with certain planning permissions in the Leith and Granton areas.

Use of website
It is the Administrators intention to provide all statutory information to creditors by use of this website in accordance with new legislation introduced by the Insolvency (Scotland) Amendment Rules 2010.
All known creditors will be advised each time a new document has been uploaded to the website and the documents will remain on the website for the duration of the administration and for three months after the administration has ended.
