Administrators’ Progress Report which includes the additional information, prescribed by the Insolvency (Scotland) Rules 1986 (as amended).
John Reid and Patrick Lannagan were appointed Joint Administrators of Gregor Shore Limited on 14 October 2008. Patrick Lannagan was replaced as Joint Administrator by Ian Brown on 13 February 2009 who was subsequently replaced by Brian Milne on 25 May 2011. Brian Milne was replaced as Joint Administrator by Dominic Wong on 11 April 2012. The affairs, business and property of the Company are managed by the Administrators. The Joint Administrators act as agents of the Company, and contract without personal liability.
