John Reid and William Dawson were appointed Joint Administrators of FM Heysmoor Heights Limited on 18 May 2010. The affairs, business and property of the Company are managed by the Joint Administrators. The Joint Administrators act as agents of the Company and contract without personal liability.

The Company was setup as a property development company, with its head office in Edinburgh.
The Company currently holds a redeveloped block of flats in Liverpool. The project successfully sold a number of units to third parties, however due to a change in the economic climate, the Company have been unable to sell all of the flats. Of the units redeveloped, a number are currently let to third parties with the remainder available for sale with vacant possession.
