Extension Progress Report - Ethel Austin Investment Properties Limited – In Administration

Background

The Administration of Ethel Austin Investment Properties Limited has been extended until 27 September 2012, pursuant to an order of the Court dated 19 August 2011.

Further to our letter dated 6 October 2011, the following documents are available to view:

  •  a copy of our report to Court dated 8 August 2011 (for the period 28 March 2011 to 8  August 2011);
  • an update on additional progress made since 9 August 2011 to 27 September 2011;
  • a copy of the court order dated 19 August 2011 and
  • Form 2.31B which has been filed at the Registrar of Companies, advising that the Administration has been extended until 27 September 2012.

As a result of the extension, the statutory date for reporting to creditors has been amended and our next full update, which will be circulated prior to 8 March 2012, will be for the period 9 August 2011 to 8 February 2012.

Ethel Austin Investment Properties Limited – in Administration (“the Company”). William Kenneth Dawson and Neville Barry Kahn were appointed Joint Administrators of the Company on 28 September 2010. The Joint Administrators contract as agent of the Company and without personal liability.
