Lee Antony Manning and Matthew David Smith were appointed Joint Liquidators of Epcoscan Limited t/a Bay Trading (“the Company”) on 10 December 2009.

Background information
Lee Antony Manning and Matthew David Smith were initially appointed Joint Administrators of the Company on 27 April 2009 upon the application of the Company directors.
The Company traded as Bay Trading and principally operated as a ladies fashion retailer from over one hundred and fifty stores across the UK and Republic of Ireland.
The Company was a wholly owned subsidiary of Alexon Group PLC, which provided finance, human resources and property service functions to the Company.
The Joint Administrators traded the Company until 15 May 2009 at which point it was agreed to to sell the majority of the Company’s assets to Bay Design Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Rinku Holdings Limited. It was agreed by both parties that the economic transfer of assets would take effect from 9 May 2009.
On 10 December 2009, the Company entered Liquidation and Lee Antony Manning and Matthew David Smith were appointed Joint Liquidators.

It is the Joint Liquidators intention to provide all statutory information to creditors by use of this website in accordance with new legislation introduced by the Insolvency (Amendment) Rules 2010.
All known creditors will be advised each time a new document has been uploaded to the website and the documents will remain on the website for the duration of the Liquidation and for three months after the Liquidation has ended.
