Q1) I received a voucher/credit note from Bay Trading several years ago and was told to write to the Liquidators to get a refund. What is my position and can I get a full refund?
A1) You are owed money by the Company, which it cannot afford to repay. As such, you are an unsecured creditor of the Company and will potentially receive a proportion of your money if there is a dividend distributed to the unsecured creditors. Please note that at present any prospective dividend is envisaged to be minimal at less than 1% at best.
If you would like to lodge a claim against the Company for the amount you are owed, please complete a proof of debt form (available on the website) and send it to the Liquidators with COPIES of your voucher/credit note.
Q2) I was an employee at Epcoscan and was owed money for unpaid wages. I was meant to be sent a cheque by the Liquidators but have never received it. What should I do?
A2) Please contact the Liquidators as it is possible that we have incorrect contact details.
