The Joint Liquidators were appointed subsequent to their initial appointment as Joint Administrators of Entertainment UK Limited (“the Company”) on 27 November 2008 by order of the High Court.
The Company was a subsidiary of Woolworths Entertainment Group Limited, ultimately controlled by Woolworths Group Plc and principally operated as a distributor of entertainment products including music, DVD, games and books.
The Liquidators consider that there are sufficient funds for a distribution to Unsecured Creditors under the Prescribed Part at the maximum value of £600,000. If you have not yet lodged a claim, a Proof of Debt form is available on the website.
