Entertainment UK Limited (In Liquidation)
Daniel Francis Butters, Neville Barry Kahn and Nicholas James Dargan were appointed Joint Liquidators of Entertainment UK Limited on 30 November 2010.

The Joint Liquidators were appointed subsequent to their initial appointment as Joint Administrators of Entertainment UK Limited (“the Company”) on 27 November 2008 by order of the High Court.
The Company was a subsidiary of Woolworths Entertainment Group Limited, ultimately controlled by Woolworths Group Plc and principally operated as a distributor of entertainment products including music, DVD, games and books.
The Liquidators consider that there are sufficient funds for a distribution to Unsecured Creditors under the Prescribed Part at the maximum value of £600,000. If you have not yet lodged a claim, a Proof of Debt form is available on the website.

It is the Liquidators’ intention to provide all statutory information to creditors by use of this website in accordance with new legislation introduced by the Insolvency (Amendment) Rules 2010.
All known creditors will be advised each time a new document has been uploaded to the website and the documents will remain on the website for the duration of the Liquidation and for three months after the Liquidation has ended.
