The company provides various services within the construction industry, including a specialist commercial fit-out, refurbishment and residential contractor, a civil engineering contract construction business and a plant hire business offering a large range of plant and machinery for hire, across the UK.
The trading subsidiaries within the Group were:
- Ibex Interiors Limited, a specialist commercial fit-out, refurbishment and residential contractor based in London with a regional office in Birmingham.
- John Doyle Construction Limited, a civil engineering contract construction business. The business is based in Welwyn Garden City but also operates from a regional office in Derby.
- Blythewood Plant Hire Limited, a plant hire business offering a large range of plant and machinery for hire, from mini-diggers to hand tools. The business is based in Welwyn Garden City but also operates four other depots (Peterborough, Stevenage, Warrington and Leyton).

It is the Joint Administrators’ intention to provide all statutory information to creditors by use of this website in accordance with new legislation introduced by the Insolvency (Amendment) Rules 2010.
All known creditors will be advised each time a new document has been uploaded to the website and the documents will remain on the website for the duration of the Administration and for three months after the Administration has ended.
