Doyle Group of Companies

Richard Hawes, Dominic Wong and Christopher Farrington were appointed as Joint Administrators of Doyle plc, John Doyle Holdings Limited, John Doyle Construction Limited, Blythewood Plant Hire Limited, Bell Projects Limited and John Doyle Employee Benefit Trust Limited on 21 June 2012. 

Richard Hawes and Dominic Wong were appointed as Joint Administrators of Ibex Interiors Limited on 21 June 2012.

Following the move from Administration to Liquidation, Richard Hawes, Dominic Wong and Christopher Farrington were appointed as Joint Liquidators of BPH Realisations Limited and John Doyle Construction Limited on 13 June 2013.  Richard Hawes and Dominic Wong were appointed as Joint Liquidators of Ibex Interiors Limited on 13 June 2013.

All Insolvency Practitioners of Deloitte LLP are licensed in the UK. 

Doyle Plc is headquartered in Welwyn Garden City.  The company provides various services within the construction industry, including a specialist commercial fit-out, refurbishment and residential contractor, a civil engineering contract construction business and a plant hire business offering a large range of plant and machinery for hire, across the UK. 

The trading subsidiaries within the Group were:

  • Ibex Interiors Limited, a specialist commercial fit-out, refurbishment and residential contractor based in London with a regional office in Birmingham.
  • John Doyle Construction Limited, a civil engineering contract construction business. The business is based in Welwyn Garden City but also operates from a regional office in Derby.
  • Blythewood Plant Hire Limited, a plant hire business offering a large range of plant and machinery for hire, from mini-diggers to hand tools. The business is based in Welwyn Garden City but also operates four other depots (Peterborough, Stevenage, Warrington and Leyton).

Doyle Group of Companies use of website

It is the Joint Administrators’ intention to provide all statutory information to creditors by use of this website in accordance with new legislation introduced by the Insolvency (Amendment) Rules 2010.

All known creditors will be advised each time a new document has been uploaded to the website and the documents will remain on the website for the duration of the Administration and for three months after the  Administration has ended.
