Richard Michael Hawes and Robin David Allen were appointed as Joint Administrators of Crystal Fountain Village Limited, Bluchie Limited, CVG Woodlands Court Limited, and Quintain (No. 15) Limited (“the Companies”) on 7 June 2011.

Crystal Fountain Village Limited and CVG Woodlands Court Limited operate Retirement Villages employing approximately 34 people. The appointments were made by the Directors of the Companies following a failed bid by the Directors to re-finance the businesses.
The Companies were placed into administration upon the application of the Directors.
The sale of one of the two main assets of the Companies, Woodlands Court, completed on 24 April 2013.
The business and assets of Crystal Fountain Village were sold on 22 October 2013.
