Joint Administrators’ gift card update

Background

An update from the Joint Administrators in respect of the updated policy towards gift cards.

Neville Barry Kahn, Nicholas Guy Edwards and Christopher James Farrington were appointed Joint Administrators of Comet Group Limited (in Administration) (the “Company”) on 2 November 2012. The affairs, business and property of the Company are managed by the Joint Administrators. The Joint Administrators act as agents of the Company and contract without personal liability.
