Lee Antony Manning and Nicholas Guy Edwards were appointed Joint Administrators of Colliers International UK plc, Colliers Capital UK Limited and Deanwater Estates Limited on 28 March 2012. Lee Antony Manning and Nicholas Guy Edwards were subsequently appointed Joint Liquidators of Colliers International UK plc and Deanwater Estates Limited on 09 April 2013. In respect of CCUK, the form 2.35B ‘notice of move from administration to dissolution’ was registered at the Registrar of Companies on 27 March 2013 and the Joint Administrators ceased to act on this date. All Insolvency Practitioners of Deloitte LLP are licensed in the UK.
Colliers International use of website
It is the Joint Liquidator’s intention to provide all statutory information to creditors by use of this website in accordance with new legislation introduced by the Insolvency (Amendment) Rules 2010.
All known creditors will be advised each time a new document has been uploaded to the website and the documents will remain on the website for the duration of the liquidation and for three months after the liquidation has ended.
