Background
Please note that the proposals sent to members and creditors on 23/05/12 contained two minor errors as listed below.
- There is an addition to section 4.5 that now states that creditors that have been paid in full by CIPCL should not submit a Proof of Debt claim.
- In Appendix 1 of the proposals it was stated that the auditors of the Companies were BDO – it was actually Baker Tilly.
These errors are now corrected in the online version.
Lee Antony Manning and Nicholas Guy Edwards were appointed Joint Administrators of Colliers International UK plc, Colliers Capital UK Limited and Deanwater Estates Limited (“the Companies”) on 28 March 2012. The affairs, business and property of the Companies are being managed by the Joint Administrators. The Joint Administrators contract only as agents for the Companies and without personal liability.
