Notice to creditors
In our letter dated 25 October 2012 to All Known Creditors, it was stated that Proof of Debt forms would be enclosed with the letter. Unfortunately, due to a printing error, these documents were not enclosed with that letter.
If you require a Proof of Debt form, please download the forms using the link below. Alternatively, please contact Brad Jagger on 020 7007 2219 or on bjagger@deloitte.co.uk and a hard copy Proof of Debt form will be sent to you in due course.
Lee Antony Manning and Nicholas Guy Edwards were appointed Joint Administrators of Colliers International UK plc, Colliers Capital UK Limited and Deanwater Estates Limited (“the Companies”) on 28 March 2012. The affairs, business and property of the Companies are being managed by the Joint Administrators. The Joint Administrators contract only as agents for the Companies and without personal liability.
