John Reid and Dominic Wong were appointed as Joint Administrators of Cofton Group Limited, Cofton Limited, Cofton Land & Property (Norwich) Limited, Cofton Land & Property (Cardiff) Limited, Cofton Land & Property (Projects) Limited and Kinmel Bay Developments Limited on 2 March 2009 and were subsequently appointed as Joint Administrators of Cofton Land & Property (Developments) Limited and Cofton Land & Property (South West) Limited on 22 July 2009. The affairs, business and property of the Companies are currently managed by John Reid and Dominic Wong as Joint Administrators. The Administrators act as agents of the Companies and without personal liability.

John Reid and Dominic Wong were appointed as Joint Administrators of Cofton Land & Property (Developments) Limited and Cofton Land & Property (South West) Limited on 22 July 2009 by the Directors of the Companies.

The principal activities of Cofton Group Limited and its subsidiary undertakings were the purchase of unserviced land and the provision of consulting and civil engineering services to obtain planning consents and provide necessary infrastructure to enable the sale of the sites as serviced land for residential development.

The Cofton Group of Companies use of website

It is the Administrators’ intention to provide all statutory information to creditors by use of this website in accordance with new legislation introduced by the Insolvency (Amendment) Rules 2010.

All known creditors will be advised each time a new document has been uploaded to the website and the documents will remain on the website for the duration of the administration and for three months after the administration has ended.
