The affairs, business and property of Cashbox PLC, Cashbox ATM Systems Limited, Cashbox No 2 Limited and Ensco 694 Limited are currently being managed by Richard Hawes and Julia Branson as Joint Administrators. The Joint Administrators act as agents of each company only and without personal liability. Unless otherwise shown all Joint Administrators are authorised by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). The Companies operated as an independent ATM deployer, based in Hook, Hampshire with 36 staff.

It is the Administrators' intention to provide all statutory information to creditors by use of this website in accordance with new legislation introduced by the Insolvency (Amendment) Rules 2010.
All known creditors will be advised each time a new document has been uploaded to the website and the documents will remain on the website for the duration of the administration and for three months after the administration has ended.
