Care Estates Group

Richard Michael Hawes and Robin David Allen were appointed Joint Administrators of nine companies from the Care Estates Group on 16 November 2010. The affairs, business and property of the Companies are managed by the Joint Administrators. The Joint Administrators act as agents of the Companies and contract without personal liability.

All Insolvency Practitioners of Deloitte LLP are licensed in the UK.

Care Estates Group  – All in Administration

Robin Allen and Richard Hawes were appointed Joint Administrators of the group of Companies on 16 November 2010, comprising Care Estates Limited, Avonpark Care Centre Limited, Care Village UK Limited, Avonpark Estates Management Limited, Village Community Care Limited, Beamhazel Limited, Avonpark Retirement Centre Limited, Avonpark Residences Limited and Bevanpark Limited (“the Group”)

The Group operates care homes and care villages across several locations in the South of England, employing approximately 190 people with an annual turnover of c. £10m.

Due to weak sales of independent living units at the care villages and poor occupancy at the care homes the Group had fully drawn down its existing facilities, which total c.£26m.

The Companies were placed into administration upon the application of the qualifying floating charge holder.

Use of website

It is the Administrators intention to provide all statutory information to creditors by use of this website in accordance with new legislation introduced by the Insolvency (Amendment) Rules 2010.

All known creditors of the Group will be advised each time a new document has been uploaded to the website and the documents will remain on the website for the duration of the administrations and for three months after the administrations have ended.
