Richard Michael Hawes and Robin David Allen were appointed Joint Administrators of Avonpark Care Centre Limited, Care Estates Limited, Care Village UK Limited, Avonpark Estates Management Limited, Village Community Care Limited, Beamhazel Limited, Avonpark Retirement Centre Limited, Avonpark Residences Limited, Bevanpark Limited on 16 November 2010. The affairs, business and property of the Companies are managed by the Joint Administrators. The Joint Administrators act as agents of the Companies and contract without personal liability.
