Callbridge Hotels Limited (In Administration)
Lee Manning and Richard Hawes of Deloitte LLP were appointed Joint Administrators of Callbridge Hotels Limited on 8 July 2010. The affairs, business and property of the Company are being managed by the Joint Administrators. The Joint Administrators contract as agents of the Company and without personal liability.

The Company is an operating company which operated on two hotels on leasehold from an associated company.
- The Redwood Hotel & Country Club near Bristol, and
- The Westfield Hotel in Blaby, Leicestershire.
The Redwood Hotel has 112 beds and a country club with over 3,000 members. The Westfield Hotel has 48 beds.
The Redwood and The Westfield hotels are the only two remaining hotels from the initial portfolio of nine purchased from the Administrators of Folio Hotels Limited in January 2009.

It is the Administrators intention to provide all statutory information to creditors by use of this website in accordance with new legislation introduced by the Insolvency (Amendment) Rules 2010.
All known creditors will be advised each time a new document has been uploaded to the website and the documents will remain on the website for the duration of the administration and for three months after the administration has ended.
