The Company supplied and maintained Bowe paper management systems from leasehold premises in Bracknell. Principal products include mail insertion systems and mail sorting devices. The Company’s parent Bowe Systec AG, based in Germany, manufactures the equipment which is sold by the Company under an informal agreement.
The Company has moved from Administration to Creditors Voluntary Liquidation pursuant to schedule B1 paragraph 83 of the Insolvency Act 1986.

It is the Joint Liquidators intention to provide all statutory information to creditors by use of this website in accordance with new legislation introduced by the Insolvency (Amendment) Rules 2010.
All known creditors will be advised each time a new document has been uploaded to the website and the documents will remain on the website for the duration of the Liquidation and for three months after the Liquidation has ended.
