Woottens Luxury Travel Ltd, York Bros (Northampton) Ltd, Jeffs Coaches Ltd and Bowen Travel Transportation Ltd on 25 October 2012. The affairs, business and property of the Group are currently being managed by the Joint Administrators. The Joint Administrators act as agents of the Gompany only and contract without personal liability. Unless otherwise shown all Joint Administrators are authorised by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW)
