Bluebird Holdings Limited (In Liquidation)
Richard Michael Hawes and Julia Elizabeth Branson were appointed Joint Liquidators of Bluebird Holdings Limited on 2 February 2011, following cessation of their appointment as Administrators of the Company. The affairs, business and property of the Company are managed by the Joint Liquidators. The Joint Liquidators act as agents of the Company and contract without personal liability.

Richard Michael Hawes and Julia Elizabeth Branson of Deloitte LLP were previously appointed Joint Administrators of Bluebird Holdings Limited by the High Court of Justice Chancery Division Companies Court on 5 February 2009.
The Administrators’ proposals included a provision stating that the Administrators would take steps to finalise the Administration when it appeared appropriate to them to do so. To this end the Administrators placed the company into Creditors Voluntary Liquidation (”CVL”), which took effect from 2 February 2011.

It is the Liquidators’ intention to provide all statutory information to creditors by use of this website in accordance with new legislation introduced by the Insolvency (Amendment) Rules 2010.
All known creditors will be advised each time a new document has been uploaded to the website and the documents will remain on the website for the duration of the liquidation and for three months after the liquidation has ended.
