Bentwood Limited (In Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation)
William Kenneth Dawson and Lee Antony Manning were appointed Joint Liquidators of Bentwood Limited (“Bentwood”) on 18 January 2011 following the Company’s move from Administration to Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation in accordance with Paragraph 83 of Schedule B1 of the Insolvency Act 1986 (as amended).

It is the Liquidators intention to provide all statutory information to creditors by use of this website in accordance with new legislation introduced by the Insolvency (Amendment) Rules 2010.
All known creditors will be advised each time a new document has been uploaded to the website and the documents will remain on the website for the duration of the Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation and for three months after the Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation has ended.
