Background
This report details the Liquidators’ actions during the first year of the Liquidation. It also includes a request for creditors to submit their completed proof of debt forms should they wish to lodge a claim in the Liquidation of the Company and participate in the distribution to unsecured creditors of the Prescribed Part.
Points to highlight
Any creditor wishing to claim in the Liquidation must complete the proof of debt form attached to the back of the report and return it to Deloitte LLP, PO Box 500, 2 Hardman Street, Manchester M60 2AT, UK.
Bentwood Limited – in Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation (“the Company”). William Kenneth Dawson and Lee Antony Manning were appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company on 18 January 2011.
