Matthew James Cowlishaw, Dominic Lee Zoong Wong and David Langton were appointed Joint Administrators of Barteak Developments Limited , Barteak Developments (Coventry) Limited, Barteak Developments (Halesowen) Limited and Barteak Developments (Mayfields) Limited on 18 July 2012. The affairs, business and property of the Companies are managed by the Joint Administrators. The Joint Administrators act as agents of the Companies and contract without personal liability.
