Avonpark (Ryedale) Limited

Robin David Allen and Richard Michael Hawes were appointed as Joint Administrators of Avonpark (Ryedale) Limited (“the Company”) on 14 December 2011.

All Insolvency Practitioners of Deloitte LLP are licensed in the UK.

Avonpark (Ryedale) Limited (“the Company”) is a 100% subsidiary of Avonpark Care Centre Ltd (“ACC”), which was put into administration on 16 November 2010.

The Administrators of the Company were appointed as the Administrators of ACC along with eight other companies from the Care Estates and Care Village group of companies on 16 November 2010.

The Company operates a care home. Since the Administrations of the Care Estates and Care Village group, the Company has lacked the staff or resources for the accounting and payroll functions required.  These were previously provided by a larger Group, of which the Company was part.  In order that the Company might continue its operations, the Administrators of ACC undertook to provide the ongoing payroll function and to make payments to the Company’s suppliers as required.  It was no longer financially viable for ACC to provide these ongoing services.
