Auto Windscreens Limited – in Liquidation (formerly in Administration)
Matthew Cowlishaw, Christopher Farrington and Dominic Wong were appointed Joint Administrators of Auto Windscreens Limited (“the Company”) on 14 February 2011.
Following the appointment by the qualifying floating charge holder the Joint Administrators marketed the Company to a number of interested parties. Within a few days a number of enquiries from parties expressing interest in the Auto Windscreens business had been received. All options were then progressed with the Joint Administrators agreeing to complete a sale of the business to Trifords Limited following an appointment of Liquidators over the Company, this being in the best interest of all creditors of the Company.
Therefore, on 24 February 2011 Christopher Farrington and Matthew Cowlishaw were appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and the sale of the business was completed. The Joint Liquidators continue to manage the affairs, business and assets of the Company. Further updates on the progress of the Liquidation will be available on this website.

It is the Joint Administrators intention to provide all statutory information to creditors by use of this website in accordance with new legislation introduced by the Insolvency (Amendment) Rules 2010.
All known creditors will be advised each time a new document has been uploaded to the website and the documents will remain on the website for the duration of the administration and for three months after the administration has ended.
