Background
Annual Progress Report to creditors for the period 26 January 2011 to 25 January 2012 issued pursuant to Rules 4.49B/4.49C of the Insolvency Rules 1986 (As Amended).
The report provides creditors with an update on the progress of the Liquidation of Artenius UK Limited ("the Company") since the appointment of the Joint Liquidators on 26 January 2011.
Daniel Francis Butters, Neville Barry Kahn and Philip Stephen Bowers of Deloitte LLP were appointed as Administrators of the Company on 27 July 2009. The Administration ended on 26 January 2011 and the former Administrators ceased to act.
The Company was moved from Administration to Creditors' Voluntary Liquidation on 26 January 2011, when Daniel Francis Butters and Neville Barry Kahn were appointed as the Liquidators of the Company.
