Background

Please see attached a letter to all known creditors of Alunna Tubes Limited enclosing formal notice of a general meeting of creditors on 20 December 2010 at 2pm (convened pursuant to Rule 4.54 of the Insolvency Act 1986).
Also attached are the following :

  • Form 2.34B (notice of move from Administration to CVL)
  • Joint Liquidators’ receipts and payments for the period 12 May 2010 to 19 November 2010
  • Joint Liquidators time cost analysis
  • Proxy form
  • Proof of debt form
