Background
Further to our letter dated 15 November 2012, the final progress report for the period 12 June 2012 to 5 November 2012, together with forms 2.24B(CH) and 2.35B were registered with the Registrar of Companies on 14 November 2012. Dissolution will become effective three months after the date the documents were registered.
Copies of the documents are attached. Should you require a paper copy of the report, please send your request in writing to the Administrators at the address on the front of the report and this will be provided to you at no cost.
W K Dawson and D F Butters were appointed Joint Administrators of Prontaprint Limited, Kall Kwik UK Limited, On Demand Communications Limited and 1st Local Limited on 12 December 2011. The Joint Administrators contract as agents of the Companies only and act without personal liability.
